Purchase was easy online. Delivery was fast, had it by the end of the week. Came all in one box, and had it assembled in about 20 min. We have had it for only a couple of weeks so far, but am very happy with the sound and the feel of how the keys play.

The piano is very good, but the logo is scratched...

I was surprised in a good way and very happy with this product. I like the sound and the look. This electronic piano works very well for me.

First all thank you for make my dream come true of have my upright digital piano I am a person with a limited income and you offer a affordable price. The piano is beautiful and the keys graded are wonderful. It comes in perfect condition very very happy with my piano Thanks Donner for all.

So far, I love this instrument! It is beautifully designed, a striking addition to the room, and very easy to set up, and it has a great sound and many functions. It came quickly after I ordered---within just a few days it was at my front door. The dear UPS man even brought it inside our front hall for us (the box was heavy!), saying that this was the first time he had delivered a piano, lol. It came well-packed and in excellent shape. My twelve-year-old granddaughter helped me with the set up and we immediately sat down to play! If it continues to perform as it is right now, I will be the happiest piano owner on earth! It is set up in my library/music room, and the acoustic piano that I have is in the living room. There will be plenty of beautiful music in this house as we learn and play! We own several Donner instruments and have yet to be disappointed.

I grew up playing on a Steinway grand and a Baldwin baby-grand. Life took over after college and I didn't play for 15 years. About 10 years ago I bought a used upright and enjoyed playing it for fun while my youngest daughter learned how to play. I recently moved and couldn't bring the heavy upright so I did so much research on a lighter piano that would feel and sound like what I am used to. This Donner piano blew my expectations away. I assembled it by myself albeit it is quite heavy to move in the shipping box. It has very similar weighted keys and the sound is exceptional. It's a bit shorter in height than I am used to but fits in the small area I have. I highly recommend it!

How can I turn down the volume ?

It's good, but the sound is not good quality as I expected.

good sound quality for the price

Perfect for a beginner

For the price, it is good for someone who wants to learn and not spend much.

I bought the piano for my wife. She's played since she was a little girl. She says that it feels like a real, full-size, analog piano when she sits and plays it. The sound is great and clear. The keys are weighted to feel like an analog piano. We're very happy with this piano.
Jill K
Nice set up for a student. The sound isnt as good as Casio brand, but it was inexpensive.
David Lange
To be clear, this is not a Steinway D concert grand piano. But it also does not cost $50,000. For about 1% of the cost, you get something that is nice enough to display in any room and works great for beginners who are exploring.
It is very easy to assemble with about a dozen pieces. It took under an hour. The packaging is perfectly engineered for delivery. Everything is thoroughly protected and looked like it could have been in a showroom.
The sound is as good as any digital piano I've heard, with one possible exception. The last three notes in the high range are inaudible to me. However, this might just be my own auditory limitations. The reality is that those notes are rarely if ever played, especially by beginners.
The midi interface synced instantly with Playground Sessions for lessons. I'm certain it would do the same for any interactive lesson software.
There are less expensive digital pianos, but most of them are portable toys rather than full 88 key pianos. I think the quality of the cabinet, ease of assembly, and sound quality are worth the small price difference for this model. I believe the value of this piano is well worth the money.
Although, if you have $50,000 to spend, you should go ahead and get the Steinway!

Fantastic sounds. Easy to assemble. Heavy for one person to lift. I recommend 2 people at least. I have not played in decades and just wanted to strengthen my basics and pass on the love for piano to my kids... you wont regret the purchase. I grew up practicing with an accounting piano and this is as close as it gets to the real deal. Looks very nice too... sure its not wood but for the price it has a very nice finish. Now if only the MIDI Bluetooth would work... I hope Donner fixes my issue. I am taking one star off because of the Bluetooth, as this feature was also why I bought this piano so my kids can practice with their apps.

Looks and feels cheap for the price

We bought this as a present for our daughter and granddaughter, and put it together for them. Everything was in good shape, and it was very easy to put together. It is their starter piano, but my husband has played for years. He and I agree that the sounds this produces are well rounded, and the ability to practice with earphones on so the rest of the house won't have to listen is a real bonus for beginners. Plus, you can "split" the keyboard so a teacher and student can play in the same octaves simultaneously. Not having to pay for regular tunings will also save our daughter money. It's nice to be able to gift something that won't cause the recipient more money in upkeep.
Shevy1280
Hasnt stopped playing it since he received it. Definitely a great idea for students in the distance learning phases. Music class at home.
Irving T.
I received this piano for my birthday. I'm 67 years young and wanted a hobby that would allow me to exercise my mind. I love, love love it. It plays (the touch) just like the upright I originally learned on. Sound quality is fantastic. It's small size allowed us to fit it in our smaller retirement home. I couldn't be happier. Now, if I can only (re)learn to play like I did in my younger days. Alas.

This is a great digital piano for those who want something of value but also want a decent quality.
I played on a grand piano all my life and decided to get a digital piano when I decided I wanted something more portable since I move every few months. There was a definitely a break in period kn this piano and I felt that the first week or so on this piano was so heavy. After that either my fingers got stronger or the piano became more manageable. Either way, I love it. I played classical music all growing up and now I like playing for myself and my friends either on FaceTime or Clubhouse. Its been fun and I recommend this digi piano to everyone both professional or amateur.

Unfortunately I have found other products for less offering a similar product. The stand arrived broken and I am attempting to work with the Donner team on resolving the matter. So far, not the best customer service. The stand is unfortunately very poor quality however the key board appears to be as advertised. We were exited about the product until we opened the box, found it broken and such poor quality. Buyer beware, I guess you get what you pay for.
D.Vera
Very impressed on the solid weight on this product.
It has easy to use tunes.
Steve H
This item arrived in a very large, and extremely heavy package: it requires at least two people to safely move it.
The piano is easy to assemble; it just requires a phillips-type screwdriver. Although I assembled it by myself, it would have been a little easier/safer with two of us (because of the shape and weight of the main keyboard unit).
I have been using this piano for a few weeks and I continue to be impressed by the sound quality. The (grand) piano setting really does sound like a conventional piano. The keys also feel like, and respond like, the keys on a regular piano.
I especially like being able to use headphones so as to not disturb anyone else.
I am very pleased with this purchase.
Kaitlyn
Its ok for beginners practicing placement of their hands or matching reading music to notes, but I wish I wouldve spent a bit more money and gotten something better quality.
PGP-King in Training
Lovely piano with a Rosy dark wood finish. I have been very spoiled by an expensive digital piano from a long time ago which has much better speakers and sound, but in all honesty this piano sounds wonderful. Rich sounds fill the room.
There are a couple of cons: 1) piano does not layer two sounds , but it does split where you can play one sound on the bottom half and another sound on the top half. 2) things like setting the depth and echo reverb (hall / room) are challenging to find and requires the manual every time.
Many settings are key-based so you must press and hold the function button and then select the correct note on the piano (thus the need for having the manual handy).
Once I get "unspoiled" from my previous digital piano I will be happy with this one for sure.
Danny
Very good digital piano, especially for beginners

Update:
Donner shipped me another piano and it works great. The customer service was good. Just slow to respond.
This piano for the most part is great. His has a good touch. The sound is a little canny but good. It is what I expected for this price. My frustration with the piano is that from day one out of the box for the entire Octave above middle C the the key will randomly strike at max volume. It sounds like you banged the note as hard as you can even when you are playing softly. It doesnt happen every time but it happens often enough that it is glaringly obviously. Especially if you are playing anything soft. I contacted Donner customer support and send them videos of the problem. They got back to me about a week later with the solution to move the piano to a new location because they think it may be affected by some other appliance near by. This piano is in a room all by itself. There are no other appliances. When I responded to them and told them this and that I would like a new piano I Ive not heard from them again. So initially customer support was great. Until they couldnt fix the problem over email and then they ghosted me. I want a new piano that works properly!

I'm a beginner piano player that has learned to play on a normal upright piano. The lack of authentic "key-feel" on my old keyboard really discouraged me from playing. I wanted to find a digital piano that didn't break the bank but offered a truer weighted key feeling.
Everything was packaged BEAUTIFULLY! I remember telling my wife, "It's very obvious they don't want to have to pay for returns." It was all wrapped in cardboard and plastic which kept everything scratch and ding free.
Assembly was quick and painless. The piano portion is a bit heavy so it was smart to have a second set of hands near by. Doing it alone would be dangerous so have a friend nearby.
The tune and sound is great. The weighted feel is also really good. I wouldn't say perfect, but it's really close. For the price it's incredible. You feel a difference in volume as you press softer or harder and the volume cof the key press has several layers.
It sits in our living room, looks VERY nice, and is a proud show piece.

the product cant work. I contacted the manufacturer for support, like it says to on this site, and they sent me back to here where there is no one I can find to help resolve this. Pretty unsatisfied.
Linda Buchholz
Absolutely love this piano. I had an old piano that was over 100 years old & it just wouldn't hold tune anymore. Went on the search for something new. Very happy with this piano. Easy to put together, sounds great. Has several different functions. After I got the settings adjusted to my touch it is fantastic. Little shorter in heigth than regular piano (around 4 inches or so) . Have found that wireless bluetooth headphones don't work very well with it, there is a little delay from the time the note is played until you hear it, however with wired headphones it works absolutely great. Overall I am very pleased. Great option for beginners or accomplished piano players as well.
Elias
I think is perfect for the price
Scott J
I bought this for my son as he wanted to learn, so I figured it makes more sense than letting him try a more expensive one lol.
ken yaecker
Five stars for the piano, 3 for customer support. Customer support Needs much improvement. They dont have live support phones. Email support takes days and needs improvement. The Piano sounds wonderful though. Plays like a real acoustic piano, and it looks great. Keys look and feel like a grand piano. Good volume as loud as a real piano when cranked up to full volume. I dont feel the upper octaves sustain notes as long as they should. Those notes (upper 2 octaves) seem to have a much faster decay rate than the octaves below. It may or may not bother some people.

Excellent instrument for beginners, kids love it!

I received my first Donner DDP-300 digital piano, my husband and I assembled it, and I turned it on and played it for a sort while. I turned it off. A couple of hours later it would not turn on. I tried many times to no avail. I sent Donner an email and also joined the Donner Vine Facebook group and posted my problem there. It took about 24 hours but Donner did respond, suggesting that I try a different power adapter. I ordered one and had to wait a couple of days for it to arrive. It didn't solve the problem. I messaged Donner again and the following day they replied that they were sending me a new piano. This was a very pleasant surprise! They also said that they didn't want me to send the defective piano back as it would not be cost-effective for them. The new piano arrived in about 4 days. As the original piano was already set up, we simply removed the defective keyboard body and installed the new one. I am pleased to report that it works and I love it. It has beautiful sound, the keys are fully weighted, the keyboard cover is an added bonus, and the piano is a very attractive piece of furniture. The Donner company was totally responsive to my needs. I am impressed. The only downside was that because they are on Bejing, there was about a 24 hour delay in their communications to me. They also don't have phone tech support.
My story had a happy ending.
suebeth1966
We had bought two other keyboards before we found this one. We are satisfied with the quality of sound and appearance. It's perfect for us!

The unit is functional and sounds good. At the price range, I would say that it is a worthwhile purchase, and it would be better to have a manual.
dennis
Sheerness as a method of rating? Including that as a rating needs some rethinking. As for the product, here are some petty observations. The power adapter plug on the back needs to be moved so that the unit can be pushed up flushly to a wall(minimal design effort). At present it sticks out and become the contact point if the unit slides up to the wall. A useful addition would be moving the usb midi connector to a spot that is hidden directly behind the sheet music holder. A second usb port for charging tablets would be a lowcost addition that makes it better. I am extremely happy with the purchase after our few months of use. Framing the digital piano as they have done was/is a big plus. Customer service was great, as I had an immediate question handled quickly and efficiently. I am very selective with throwing around 5 stars, so know that I reserve 5 stars for those multi-thousand dollar units. I feel I chose wisely.
Rana
Sounds good. Has nice features especially bluetooth connectivity is good.

Dont know what experience others had but the first thing I checked, all keys are fine! Shipping was fast and it was all easy to setup.
Holly Keirns
The piano is great quality and I found no defects with the wood, so it looks very nice as a furniture piece. The volume is great since it goes from extremely quiet to very loud, for if I just want to play for myself or other people in another room. The weighted keys feel pretty good, but the texture of the black keys is quite off from an actual piano. My one big problem with it is that I can hear the keys being pressed even with the volume up loud, but only on the higher pitched keys (about the whole right side of the piano). It doesn't bother me too much but it's glaringly obvious in recordings. It sounds amazing overall and I highly recommend for anything thinking about getting a digital piano.

Great product. Easy to assemble. Started my kids in piano lessons. We dont have a lot of room in our home so we started with just a keyboard then when they had learned enough to need the sensitivity of soft and loud we decided we needed an upgrade. We looked into pianos and different brands of weighted keyboards. This one seemed really promising after reading the reviews. I recommend putting the main keyboard on the stand with 2 people Because its long and semi heavy so you dont ruin something. Overall I love it and dont regret my purchase at all. The price was perfect. The only things I wish were different is the panel on the back I wish went up the whole back to hide the cords and then the key weight seems to be a little heavier than actual regular pianos but I figured it would help strengthen my kids fingers. Sound is great and the ease of not having to lug a piano up our split level house stairs was sooo worth every penny. We can move it into any room without a moving crew haha. It does have a spot in our family room that it will stay in though.

Very very pleased with this digital piano. ??

Great for beginners and space limitations. It feels pretty good playing it and the sound quality is good for the price. A detailed user's manual with list of presets would be very helpful.
Juan Lopez
Where can I find the manual or how to use the different features?
Cindy Evans
I wish it had a regular bench (smaller furniture-style version of a regular piano). This one looks like one for a portable keyboard.
Sammue
Beautiful piano!! High quality sound. Excellent value. I recommend this piano for those looking for a good compromise between the effects of a digital piano and the feeling of an acoustic piano.
Larkin
Great sound and fully Weighted Keyboard. Tons of features and awesome to be learning on. Definitely not the highest quality wood but for the price it'll stand up just fine as long as it isn't moved frequently and is taken care of.
Nic
Sound quality is amazing and it has a very elegant look
Marco
I have been a pianist for more than 25 years, I am impressed by the quality of the sound and the touch of this piano. If we compare it to other models in its category from Roland or Yamaha, this digital piano costs half the price.

Although the product is defective, the company's service attitude is very good, so it is recommended to buy

I had had a more expensive digital piano until last year when I had to sell it to pay some unexpected bills. I finally could take it no longer and bought this one, hoping it would be acceptable. For the price I am pleasantly surprised. It was packaged super well with everything wrapped securely. It went together in 15 minutes tops, so easy. Its solid, very attractive. With my sound cancelling headphones on it sounds absolutely amazing, especially for the price. My only complaint is that the keys are very tight and require more effort to push than I like. That is a personal taste thing though. Others might find that to be totally fine. I find it takes away from the pleasantness of playing it, but others may like it. Overall though I really like it almost as much as my previous digital that was twoce the price. I think the sound is even better than the much higher one. I dont think you can go wrong with this piano.

I've been looking for a piano, but don't have much room and a limited budget. I was looking for something small in size but a full, 88 key unit. I came across Donner and thought I would give them a try. My Donner DDP-300 Digital Piano 88 Key Weighted Keyboard arrived very quickly after ordering. It was well packed and secured in the box. I put it together by myself in about 20 minutes. Very simple and easy to follow instructions. The weighted keys are great and it sounds wonderful! The warranty is a plus as well. I would recommend this product.

Gosh, this thing is delightful. I studied piano for a decade in my youth and decided to start relearning it as an adult. Because I spent so many years playing an acoustic upright piano, finding one that really *felt* like a proper piano was my #1 concern, and this one truly hits the mark. It makes the distinction between a "keyboard" and an "electric piano" very clear... this one absolutely falls into the latter category. It's definitely not the most portable option out there, but that wasn't a priority for me, as it will basically only move when I buy a house in a few years. Rather, having a substantial stand attached to it-- with all three pedals built in, no less-- vastly enhances both the feel and the appearance, even if it forces you to sacrifice some of its portability. Setup was super straightforward and only required a Phillips head screwdriver and a second pair of hands to help lift; it took less than 30 minutes and inspired zero frustration. The "wood" has a bit of an IKEA quality to it (so, a little chintzy), but it's only noticeable during assembly and the thing looks totally legit once put together. The sound is crisp and clear and delightfully authentic-sounding. Given that I've had a long time off from playing, also, I am very appreciative of the key weighting being adjustable and am finding it more comfortable to play on the lighter setting. I would absolutely recommend this instrument, for both beginners and experienced players alike, to anyone who wants the look and feel of a real piano but without paying thousands of dollars and having to hire movers and retune it every time you relocate.

Order was filled promptly and shipped a 2-3 days later. It arrived in a couple of days. Everything was in good condition and it assembled pretty easily (though at 65yrs of age it was a bit heavy to lift but I still managed on my own.) The sound is very good, ok, it 's not a grand piano, but it's pretty decent. My 9y old son loves it which makes me happy too. Wouldn't hesitate to order with Donner again.
Jorge R.
Very happy that the new member of the family, our ddp-300. It is so easy to install that even my 5 year old grandson helped with the installation.
Excellent sound and easy setup
Nishtha P.
This is certainly a very well made product! The piano itself is of great quality, however I personally wasn’t quite satisfied with the sound. The notes sound slightly dulled and aren’t as “vibrant” per se. It really just doesn’t sound like a grand piano. I will be keeping it but it will take some getting used to.

The Donner DDP-300 digital piano brings the quality you’ve come to expect at the price point that has made Donner’s place in the market.
Pros: the build quality is always impressive. The laminate looks great, this is a piece that you could feel proud to have displayed in your living room. The wide top allows for decor or more practical uses like a laptop or a place to put a drink (with coaster of course!). Set up was very simple, took me about 15 minutes to do it by myself.
The keys themselves are good, not great, but good. The hammer action is a step up from a semi or fully weighted keyboard, but of course because of the price is not at the level of a Nord or high quality Korg, Yamaha, Roland, etc. and their Hammer action. The pedals all work great and also have a decent feel to them as they offer more resistance than a basic sustain pedal.
The sound is something I had to warm up to. Perhaps I set too high of expectations initially so when I first played it I was actually disappointed. But within a day of playing around with the Piano I’ve come to appreciate its Grand Piano and Bright Piano timbres. They both have a full richness that I’ve come to enjoy. *see video for more*
The piano’s connectivity of USB and Bluetooth are great for any recording projects you desire.
Cons: My first major disappointment was the power supply to see a Wallwart in the box, despite the manual showing differently. This great shortens the plug distance and Wallwarts just take up too much space.
Aside from the piano sounds, the other timbres leave much to be desired. This is typical in pianos like this, and isn’t surprising, but alway a little disappointing to hear poor organs, strings and the likes.
The internal speakers are not great. They do the job but are a point of improvement for future models.
Overall: despite its flaws, the Donner DDP-300 digital piano brings an attractive and functional piano to your home. At this price point you are getting an instrument that a beginner or amateur would be happy to play on. Even more higher skilled pianist who prefer a Grand piano may be happy with this in their home. My family are glad to have this instrument in our living room to fill the house with music, while being an attractive piece of furniture.

This is a good quality piano and my son loves it. Playing in this piano is like playing on a grand piano. I'm so happy I got this piano for my 12 years old kid who is taking piano classes. This is very easy to assemble. I recommend this purchase.

This piano is really good and sounds wonderul. But it has delivery issue. Mine has two big cracks on left leg and back panel.

Just got this delivered and set up was really easy. Took about 20 minutes total. Started playing around on it and the sound is really good. Has several different sound options including Organ, synth, and even has demo mode. Got this for me and my son to learn on together. Good by for our first time piano, or a small piano to have around the house. Looking forward to learning on this!

The sound is excellent and worth every dollar! The only “bad” thing I can say about it is structure the keyboard rests on. The brackets were extremely bent, the heel on the right side was completely loose and needed wood glue and a clamp to fix it, and it was challenging to make everything flushed. So I’m short, awesome piano but poor/cheap base structure.

I am very happy with my Donner 300. It almost feels like real acoustic piano to me.
Absolutely love it. I have lost track of time playing. Thank you!

Very Good, I bought this for my 8 Years old son. He and his music teacher like very much this product.

I love my Donner DDP-300. The key weight and action are ideal. I sometimes forget I'm not playing my acoustic piano. Great sound, easy to assemble. Very happy with my purchase.

State of art piece! Perfect size for Condo. I'm so pleased . When you press the keys they are like a real one and the it's sound is wonderful. This is the key part I was looking for in a digital pinao. I also love the touch of the wood. Smooth and kind of a marron tone. My boyfriend installed it in 20 minutes but even me can understand how to put it together without checking the instructions. I highly recommend it!!!

I love it because I can play it late in the evening when my kids are sleeping and not be scared to wake them up. It sounds like a real piano.

Je suis pianiste depuis plus de 25 ans ,je suis impressionné par la qualité du son et de la touche de ce piano .si on le compare aux autres modele de sa catégorie chez Roland ou Yamaha ce piano numérique coûte moitié du prix.
Jason S.
This is an excellent and economical choice on par with a Yamaha or a Roland as far as feel and sound ,that being said this being an economical choice and the company is a relatively new company there are a couple tweaks that could be made the quality of the build material is decent but could be better some of the functions are on the consul and some are keyboard activated I would like to see more on the consul but overall this is a fantastic above par product and would highly recommend it (do not spend thousands this piano will satisfy all your needs for a fraction of the price) !!!!
Kirandeep K.
I like everything about the piano. I have only one issue, the buttons do not work all the time. I have to try at least twice to make them work. The power button in particular.

Ordered the DDP 300, order was filled promptly and shipped within 2-3 days. It arrived a couple of day afterwards. Everything was in good condition and assembled easily. The main top component is a bit heavy and was a bit of struggle to lift it myself (at 65 yrs of age, that's probably understandable). It plays well, ok , it's not grand piano, but the sound is very good. It's pretty close to playing a regular piano, a slight difference in the key touch but still plays smoothly. My 9yr old son loves it which makes me happy too. They kids enjoy learning to play and it's been a welcome addition to our home. I haven't had any issues with it, although I've only had it a month. Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Donner again.

I purchased this to replace an old traditional console piano that was beyond repair and was too heavy to easily move around in my small living room. I was worried that it would not compare to a real piano sound and feel and would just feel like a big keyboard. BUT I was so surprised to find that it sounds amazing and has a real piano feel. I’ve played for 30+ years and I’m loving this one. My daughter is a beginner and loves it too. The headphone jack is a plus for practicing without disturbing anyone.

Great sound at an amazing price ! Very easy to assemble. I had to purchase the bench separately.
We received it in perfect condition - nothing was broken.

My son loved his new piano when he first got it, but sadly a mishap damaged the piano after he had only played it for a few minutes! We have been in contact with Donner to try to get the information of an authorized repair agent, but Donner is not responding to our emails! Sadly, we will probably have to take it for repairs to a non-Donner authorized repairman, thus voiding the warranty. If only Donner would have responded to our emails and sent us the information!

When my daughter starting taking piano lessons on her own accord I knew it was time to step up from the plastic keyboard she had. We had always wanted a piano with weighted keys and wanted to go the electric route to avoid an old, out tune giant paperweight that traditional pianos can be. I didn't time it but I would say it took me between a half hour and 45 minutes to get the piano set up completely.
Flipped it on in there it was, beautiful sound with weighted keys! I like the fact that you can use headphones and that there is a volume control because we have a household of three beginners. Will mainly using it with the grand piano sound, but the other options are fun. Especially love the bass, it sounds amazingly like an upright bass! They built-in metronome will be of much use to us as well. I look forward to exploring all of the things this instrument can do and those options are laid out well in the manual. In addition to it being a fine instrument, It is an asthetically pleasing addition to our living room. Recommended.

I have an upright piano but 2 piano players in the house. Got this digital piano for my 2 piano player so they can practice at the same time. The piano was packed very well in the package and easy to assemble. At first I worried the key might be too light just like a keyboard, but surprisely my kids said the keys are actually slightly heavier than our upright piano! My kids also love the recording function, so they can record their practice then listen and listen again. The sound is not bad either, I wouldn’t say it’s compatible with a real piano, but it’s definitely better than keyboards or beginner level digital pianos.

It’s solid, very attractive. With my sound cancelling headphones on it sounds absolutely amazing, especially for the price. My only “complaint” is that the keys are very tight and require more effort to push than I like. That is a personal taste thing though. Others might find that to be totally fine. I find it takes away from the pleasantness of playing it, but others may like it. Overall though I really like it almost as much as my previous digital that was twoce the price. I think the sound is even better than the much higher one. I don’t think you can go wrong with this piano.

The Piano looks nice and functions well. The weighted keys feel good to my untrained hands. The wooden veneers are very prone to shipping damage - unfortunately mine was dented on the front. My biggest complaint is the company shipped it without the screws needed for assembly and told me it will take a long time for them to come back in stock. Not really a desirable answer. It took awhile, but I was able to find the needed specialty screws for this piano to assemble it.

This is a really nice electric piano with some really fun and useful features and I would certainly recommend, especially for the price.
TL;DR: Action and tone are very good; assembly is simple as can be; features are exceptional; volume button very weak/wobbly; no bench included. Overall would highly recommend.
Assembly:
It took no time at all to assemble, I think I spent 20 mins doing it myself. You can do it as one person fairly easily, but when attaching the top keyboard part to the stand it is helpful to have another person so you can line it up easier and not scratch the finish. As an adult man, it was manageable to lift the keyboard part but it was definitely heavy.
Tone:
Tone is pretty great overall; the speakers sound like good quality. It sounds good plugged in to headphones and midi recording into GarageBand sounded great too. I’m not a huge fan of the different “voicings” on any electric piano, but these ones seemed fine. The electric piano setting was pretty good - I did notice when you selected the “rock organ” setting, it was significantly louder, without moving the volume dial. Some good options for reverb and note transposing as well which are nice.
Quality:
This is a good heavy piano and the quality seems really good with a couple exceptions (they may be just issues with my particular piano, but just FYI).
1) a few of the “C” keys will stay depressed if you press very hard. I don’t ever play with that much force so is not an issue for me. 2) The volume dial is extremely wobbly/loose-feeling. It’s not a component that should get a tone of wear, but even so I have a hard time seeing it as being really durable for long term. 3) I received in great condition, but there is a “crack” in the Donner logo on the music stand (see picture). Not a huge deal but a bit of an eye sore.
Features:
This is where this piano shines (in addition to the great tone and action); to get many of the following really cool features/functions you typically spend much more. Some key features (* means it’s one of my favorite features)
-“teacher mode” split keyboard for duplicate tones
-Bluetooth MIDI connection (for recording into music program)**
-Nice reverb options*
-Various keyboard voicings (piano, strings, organ, etc.)
-Auto-off function after 30 minutes of inactivity
-Transposing notes
TL;DR: Action and tone are very good; assembly is simple as can be; features are exceptional; volume button very weak/wobbly; no bench included. Overall would highly recommend.
