I loved the piano until a few days later after assembly and playing, few of the keys suddenly stopped working. No sound at all on those few keys.
I did the simple fix as per the website's suggestion to no avail. I contacted the customer service two days ago, still no response from them. I hope to receive response soon... I do not want to think that this is a waste of money.

The keyboard is great and the sound is very authentic. There are two issues that needs to be remedied.
1. The printing in the manual is so small and complicated that it is essentially useless unless once blow and print in a larger format.
2. I have tried to register my instrument using the internet and code but I got no where. I even tried to contact your company via email but has yet to get a reply. Can you help me on this?

I’m so happy I purchased this! I must preface that I do not know how to play the piano. I bought this keyboard so I could learn but mostly for my kids to learn. I do play other instruments though so I can tell by the sound when something is off. All the keys worked well and the sound was good. I saw some reviews where not all of the keys worked. I did not have this issue. Someone also made a comment about the color of the feet being blue. That’s actually just the protective plastic you have to take off so the metal doesn’t get scratched. It was packaged well and had no cosmetic issues whatsoever. The keys do not feel like a piano but they are nicely weighted. This feels as close as I think a keyboard could get. If you’re looking for the true feel of a piano you’ll have to buy a piano. When I attempted to plug in two different sets of my kids headphones you could not hear in the headphones. I don’t know if this is an issue with type of headphones or what but the sound on the piano did turn off as noted in the manual and still no sound in headphones so I’ll have to look into that as I did not give it much attention this evening. Could be user error? After much research I settled on this design and the look of this is beautiful. The wood is not that orange/gold/yellow fake wood color. I was worried since I’ve purchased things before and they don’t look like the picture. Overall it gets five stars!

Beautiful and easy to install. Not too heavy, the sound is great, perfect for the price you pay. Pedal works well, headphone ok. I think Donner just need a video to guide user how to use its function, the manual’s quite hard to understand

This is really really nice. It is of the highest quality and the sound is amazing. The keys feel strong and durable. The design is also really nice, it looks great in our living room and not like a digital keyboard full of buttons and bright colors. This looks more like a piece of furniture. Although there are only a few buttons this has lots of different functions hidden behind a combination of button and key pushes. The sound is crisp and clear and gets louder than you could probably handle. Our kids love to play with it. It's easy enough for them to turn it on and just start playing and they have a blast. It's wide but not deep and does not stick out from the wall very far so you can find a wall somewhere close to an electrical outlet and it won't protrude into you space. You cannot go wrong with this keyboard. It plays well and looks beautiful. It is not cheap quality and you can tell right away by it's weight. We love it and will cherish it, it brings beautiful music into our home.

What a cool keyboard! It's so nice, that I hesitate to even use the word "keyboard". It's very piano-like. -- It, especially its wood construction, is very attractive. It's more a piece of furniture than just an instrument. It looks modern, yet classic.
