Love it. Shipping was crazy fast. Works as advertised. I can plug my Drums in along with a Bass, with separate volume. At the same time I can Bluetooth (or wire) a phone in for music to play along with, again with separate volume. Finally I can plug headphones in if I want. Overall volume is not enormous, but this is a practice amp and certainly does the job with a lot of nice convenient features. I am very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend this to others.

This unit has is an excellent value and has very good sound quality for its size. All though not compact it is not overly large either making it a perfect fit for tight spaces. The edge design is nice as it allows the sound to flow up to the musician. I found that the sound quality is very good with the 8�� speaker and tweeter and tested with a microphone, keyboards, electric guitar and acoustic electric and all sounded awesome with no distortion. The volume of this gets quite loud and the ported cabinet allows additional bass.
The equalization controls provide options to control bass, mid and treble in addition to volume. There is a separate boost for one input when used with a mic, and this unit has 2 inputs for plugging in 2 different piece of equipment. I like that it has a option to plug in an Auxiliary device such as your MP3 player or you can stream this via its Bluetooth connection. It even has a knob that you can forward/reverse song selections on the Bluetooth device.
The unit is well built and does not feel like cheap construction. It has a line out in the back that allows you to plug into a PA system.
Overall this is an excellent value and is sure to fit the bill for a set up electronic drums, keyboard, guitar and allows you to plug in a mic to sing along. The volume and sound quality will fill a small room quite nicely and is perfect for a busker.

This is a review of the Donner DA-35 drum amplifier. The amplifier is designed to be used with drum machines and electronic drum sets, but it can be used for much more than just drums. In addition to being used to amplify drums, the DA-35 can also be used as a guitar or bass practice amplifier. The DA-35 can also be used as a Bluetooth speaker. It’s a versatile little amp that can save you some floor space by serving as a practice amp for all of your musical instruments, instead of requiring a separate amplifier for each instrument. Donner was kind enough to send me one of these amps, in exchange for a fair, unbiased review.
The DA-35 arrived well packed, with foam padding holding it tightly in place within the box. Along with the amp there is a power supply and a standard ¼” instrument cable to plug in your guitar, bass, or keyboard. The amplifier is solidly built, but still quite portable. There are two speakers, an 8” woofer and a 2.5” tweeter. There are two instrument inputs with separate volume controls. If you want to use a microphone to sing, there is a button to switch between mic and line mode. There are 3 knobs to adjust the tone (Bass, Mid, and High). The rest of the front panel consists of an Aux input with volume control for your phone or other device, a headphone jack, and a Bluetooth control button.
I started off by testing the Bluetooth functionality. It was easy to connect the speaker to my laptop. I simply turned on the amp, pushed the Bluetooth knob, then went to my computer and found the Bluetooth device named DA-35 and selected it. Once that step was complete, I was able to play a YouTube video on my laptop and the sound came out of the amp. The sound was clear and more than loud enough for my living room. It was powerful enough that I had to turn down the volume to keep from hurting my ears. Your tolerance to high volume sound may vary, of course.
Next, I tried playing a fretless bass through the DA-35. I was surprised that the bass sound, while not “boomy”, was powerful enough to rattle the knick-knacks in the display cabinets on either side of my living room. It was much more powerful than I expected, given the size of the amplifier. I was able to get a nice, clean sound that is good for practicing, and would also go well with a guitar or other instruments.
The next test was a jazz-type hollow body guitar, with a single P-90 style pickup. As with the bass, the guitar sounded good. The sound was clean, and the amp reproduced what I was playing very well. After dialing in a sound that I liked, I streamed a backing track from my laptop to the amp, using the Bluetooth connection. After setting the proper relative volume between the guitar and the backing track, I was happy with the way the guitar and backing track blended. The sound was still clear and not distorted with both the backing track and guitar playing at the same time.
I also tried an electric guitar that has multiple pickup configurations. I tried various combinations of settings and they all worked well. The amplifier provided a clean, clear sound with all the combinations and volume settings that I tried. Overall, I was pleased with the sound of the guitars through the DA-35.
There are a lot of things to like about this little amplifier. It looks and sounds good, it’s compact, and it’s easy to move it from one place to a other. I have quite a few larger amplifiers, and this one will probably be played more than the others because of the ease with which it can be moved from room-to-room with no ceremony. My other amps are great, but they are a lot heavier, and usually stay where they are as a result. The multiple inputs are useful, too. You could plug in a microphone and sing along with your guitar, or even plug in a couple of guitars to have a concert on the back deck if you wanted to. It will function as an amplifier for electronic drums, of course, but it will also work as a monitor for the drummer when you’re jamming out in the band room. Add in the ability to stream music to it via Bluetooth, and you’ve got a lot of bases covered.
The DA 35 won’t do everything, of course. If you are looking for an amp to gig with, this amp by itself isn’t going to be a good fit, unless you are playing in some pretty small rooms. My wife commented that she thinks it would work in a small coffee shop or party situation, but 35 watts simply is not going to fill a stadium with sound. However, it does get louder than I am likely to ever need it to be for my day-to-day uses, and that probably will be true for most people. If you find that you do need more volume, there is a line out on the back that makes it easy to feed the output to other amplifiers or to a PA system.
The DA-35 is a nice amplifier that doesn’t cost much more than a Bluetooth speaker, but provides tons of functionality that musicians will like. I will be using this little amp a lot, both for listening to music and for creating it. I hope that this review has been help

I picked up an electric drum set a couple of months ago and have been playing it through my bass amp. Since we want to be able to play drums and bass together, I sprung for a dedicated drum amp. I chose this one because it's from the same company that makes the drums (Donner) and the price was fantastic. What you get, however, is so much more than just a drum amp.

This is a very well made tool..I enjoy the dual Jack and auxiliary Jack, all with separate volume controls..plus it's one heck of a bluetooth speaker as well..nice stuff.

First off, I gotta say that this amp pairs perfectly with my Donner electronic drum kit (no surprise, right?). In spite of its small size, there is a lot of volume on offer here and a surprising amount of bass. The kick drum rings out loud and true; at least so long as you don't max the volume on the amp.
Also, this amp works great for keyboards. You can plug two keyboards (or one keyboard and a drum machine etc) in at once and have separate levels for each. Pretty nifty.
Finally, I tried using the amp for vocals with a microphone and mini-mixer. It actually worked just fine, although it obviously wouldn't carry over a full band. In all fairness, this isn't the intended application for this unit anyway.
All in all, I'm quite pleased with this amp.

I purchased this drum amp but Donner accidentally sent me a smaller keyboard amp. Customer service will not send me the correct product and will not send me a shipping label to return the keyboard amp that I didn't order. They have only offered to refund the price difference between the amps. That is obviously not acceptable because I didn't want or order the keyboard amp in the first place. Very disappointed.

I bought this for my kid’s Drums kit. The sound isn’t bad considering the price. We can Bluetooth a device to it to play along to Spotify or hook directly into the AUX port with a cable. We currently have drums, keyboard and a bass all plugged in using various adapters — it’s great, because you can control levels independently and get the mix balanced quite nicely. Again, it was easy on the wallet and don’t mind so much if the kids rough it up.
