Warranty Policy
We work tirelessly to make sure that every product that leaves our facilities is free from defect. In the unfortunate event that you do encounter a factory defect, we will do our best to make it right. If you encounter any difficulties after the initial 30-day warranty period for all products, Donner staff will confirm the defect and maintenance service may be provided. The extended warranty window for various Donner products is as follows:

This warranty does not cover
(a) Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation or failure to follow instructions according to the owner’s manual for this product; damage during shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier); repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Donner or an authorized Donner Servicer;
(b) Any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed;
(c) Normal wear, battery replacement and any periodic maintenance;
(d) Deterioration due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity;
(e) Damages attributable to power line surge or related electrical abnormalities, lightning damage or acts of God;
(f) Or RFI/EMI (interference/noise) caused by improper grounding or the improper use of either certified or uncertified equipment, if applicable. Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents will cause this warranty to be void. This warranty covers only the original end-user purchaser or renter from an authorized dealer.
Shipping
1.Products with quality-related issues .
Donnerca.com will be responsible for shipping fees (up to 10CAD). Get in touch with our service staff to begin the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. Print this label and use it to return the items to Donner.
2.Products with no quality-related issues.
Purchasers are responsible for return shipping costs if there is no defect with the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
