I consider myself an intermediate guitar player, and I was really impressed by this guitar! The sound is very warm and resonate. I haven't even changed the strings-- they're slinky enough for me. The body is nice and thin. I get some buzzing when I play it unplugged near the bottom frets, but apparently this can happen even on electric guitars 5x the price. Sounds really great through an amp.

The sound is surprising

I've been around the music block for the past few decades and so I was excited to get this guitar based solely on previous reviews. It arrived early and was in a near perfect state of playability right out of the box. I didn't expect the level of quality to be quite so high but it is. The tuners, which is usually the first thing to be replaced, are decent and hold tune quite well. The intonation was spot on and there is no buzzing! At this point I feel confident in saying I am quite lucky to get a lower price guitar with everything in great nick If I had to give ONE slight meh about anything, it would be concerning the fret edges but nothing a file can't remedy in ten minutes. For the price and attention to quality control I easily give 5 stars. Well done, Donner.

Excellent, value plays right out of the box??? How can it be for the price. Better than I expected. Will upgrade machine heads and put new strings. Needs one fret filed slightly and intonation tweaked

I have had many guitars in the past 23 years but always struggled with the necks being too chunky to play with my arthritis. This one is super slim and comfortable to play! Only one small issue that doesnt bother me as it doesnt interfere with playing, is that there is a small knot in the wood on the frettboard. Other than that, best guitar I have ever owned for the price! To those who complain it doesnt play out of the box: any new guitar needs a little fine tuning before play. To my surprise though, this one only needed a tuneup on the strings and was playable straight away. Great purchase!

I have been playing guitar on and off for the majority of my life. I recently purchased this guitar after a few year slump of not touching any of my other guitars, as a way to inspire me to start playing again. I didn't expect much for the price but I was completely surprised when this showed up. I've had it for a month now and I really have to say I'm impressed. I have a few intermediate/high end guitars, and I honestly have to say my Donner is what I grab for a quick session. The only adjustment I had to make was a little truss rod turn for a slight bowing of the neck.

This guitar has a great feel . It has a very thin neck there are no sharp frets and the action is great.the finish is a really cool burst fade it's like a pearl white to purple fade it's really nice looking. the pickups are good not too hot pretty balanced. The tuning machines are smooth the nut is cut well and this stays in tune very well and I bend my strings alot and it does not slip out of tune. You're getting way more guitar for less money Donner is a great brand I will be getting another one. I really do not have any complaints for this guitar !!!!

My 13 year old daughter loves this, is teaching herself on this item. Great value.

I love love love this guitar. It’s beautiful, sparkly but the glitter is subtle. It plays wonderfully and sounds really good. Minimal Fret buzzing even after I set the action low. Wonderful guitar. The box did come open…wtf but it was packaged safely. The cord is amazing!!! And has nice selection of guitar pics from light to heavy. The neck is a beautiful wood. It’s gonna be dirty af. Overall beautiful guitar!!

I have been playing guitar for most of my life and am astounded by the value here. Pickups sound great, smooth neck, low action with no sharp fret ends. Playable right out of the box. Just needs new strings and lemon oil as the fretboard is a little dry. Comes with accessories including a mini amp. Great overall value in this package.

Excellent guitar, feels balanced. Love the faded white to midnight blue color. Neck is perfect. Very impressed for under 300 dollars delivered. Pickups are very good....not hi end , but better than average for sure. Very happy with purchase and functionality. :-)
