【OPEN BOX】Donner HUSH X Electric Travel Guitar

I was very pleasantly surprised with this guitar. Cut it on one of the sales, I needed something that I could travel with. That is for about two months now. It has flown on three flights now. I will note that is very hard to fit inside check Luggage, so you have to carry on with you, which means ot replaces your carry on bag. It's easy to bring around. The frame is actually quite good. It comes with everything, nice pair of earbuds and cable straps. The kind of other small things you don't really think of until you want them. I've thought the reviews were overhyping this thing, but I found this is actually quite useful. If you're moving around a lot and wants something you can keep playing on, I recommend it.

I am genuinely suprised at the quality of this instrument. Even the inclusion of a soft case is leagues ahead of most other guitar manufacturers, especially at this price point. The included earbuds are comfortable and sound excellent, and can be worn under over ear headphones if needed. This is an excellent instrument for the price and is ready to go out of the box.

This is my first ever guitar, at 74! I really like it. The only negative is the guitar strap positioning that does not allow the guitar to hang properly when you are standing. That needs fixing. I have a lot to learn but it is handy to just pick up and start plucking. The accessories are excellent. The headphones tangle very easily and get caught on the frames, but that is minor. I bought a headphone amplifier once i had the guitar. More to explore. I probably should have bought the Hush I, and ai still might. This was Open Box and great value. I did query Donner about their open box no warranty policy and was told of course we will honour warranty in the event of a defect. My headphone jack died. I contacted Donner and they said our policy is no warranty, either continue using a headphone amp plugged into the ¼” jack or find a guitar repair shop. Lovely! As consumers we do have an expectation and a right that an item we buy, open box or not, will work and if not will be fixed or replaced.

I wanted a guitar for when I'm on the road or vacationing. Wanted something small enough to carry but had to be a real guitar. I really wasn't sure about this guitar but now that I've received it I am blown away. Quality parts, good weight, great neck, awesome tech features like 2 in one volume/tone knob. Really enjoying it.

I bought the Hush-X travel guitar and love it. Considering the low price I had paid, it plays as well as a more expensive standard guitar and looks great.

Got mine a few weeks ago. This thing is great!! Super light, super compact and a ton of fun to play. I love the sounds I get with it plugged into a Blues Jr. Huge range of tones.

This is an excellent travel guitar with good pickups and very comfortable neck. If you need to find an affordable guitar to bring with you in your travels, I highly recommend this model.
