Normally, it will take 24 hours to prepare the items. After your order is shipped out, it usually takes 2-5 business days to deliver to you.


During holidays or shopping festivals, your order may be delayed 1-3 days in processing and several days in transit based on the shipping company. Please wait patiently.


SECTION 3 - Track Your Order


Generally, we will email your tracking information within 24 business hours after your order has been shipped out.

SECTION 6 - About Package Delivery


If your package says it was delivered to your location, please check around porches, at back doors, behind planters, your mailbox, or with other household members, neighbors, or the leasing/central receiving office if applicable.


In most cases, packages might be delivered to your mailbox or signed for by your neighbors. We suggest you check your mailbox and with your neighbors first. You can also check with the shipping company using your tracking number and ID.


Our estimated delivery date includes both processing time and delivery time. Please allow up to this date for your order to arrive. Please check the Shipping Info page for details.


You'll be able to follow your order as it is sent with a trackable service.
