Normally it will take 24 hours to prepare the items. After order being shipped out, it usually takes 2-5 business days to deliver to you.

During holidays or shopping festivals, your order may be delayed 1-3 days in processing and several days in transport based on the shipping company, please wait in patience.

Generally, we will email you tracking info in 24 business hours after the order being shipped out.

SECTION 6-About Package Delivery

If your package says it was delivered to your location, please check around porches, at back doors, behind planters, your mail box, or with other household members, neighbors or the leasing/central receiving office if applicable.

In most of the cases, packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card.
