If your package says it was delivered to your location, please check around porches, at back doors, behind planters, your mailbox, or with other household members, neighbors, or the leasing/central receiving office if applicable.
In most cases, packages might be delivered to your mailbox or signed for by your neighbors. We suggest you check your mailbox and with your neighbors first. You can also check with the shipping company using your tracking number and ID.
