I thought the quality of sound from the speaker of piano should be improved. Fortunately when using a Bose headphones, the sound of piano get closer to a real piano

Started with the Lumi love the concept...but just felt like a game and then trying on a keyboard then piano found it hard to play. Due to bigger key size and weighted keys. So I decided that I enjoyed piano via Lumi so I decided to get a nice digital piano (full 88 / weighted keys ) read reviews and decided to buy blind. And I was not disappointed. Looks amazing and totally happy with the keys feel. Happy with the purchase. Only issue is I wish the bench was hight adjustable. Otherwise would be a 5 STAR review. (Which is easily solved with a cussion)

It doesn't have as real of a sound as l thought it would. Also the music stand is completely useless and was invented by someone who has clearly never used a piano book. It is so short, your music in half off the top so you can't read the top of your page, and it isn't long enough to hold even three pages of music out at a time. The piano does the job though. The keys do feel like a real piano. Will be ripping the page stand off though and building my own as l can't actually use it to read my music.

Received today and my teen granddaughter and her friend put it together after school. It was a pretty easy assembly and has an amazing sound. They both love it !! They both play violin and now are going to learn piano. Very happy so far.

Overall, decent piano for the money but missing some quality of real pianos. Definitely would recommend for beginners or folks like me who aren't too serious but like to play wround. Pros: 1) slimmer than even a standard upright, 2) keyboard is solid with easy to use features, 3) easy assembly, 4) decent sound with reactive keys. Pros: 1) stand is okay but not super solid, 2) sound (without headphones) is tinny, 3) sustain pedal only lasts about half the time as a pedal on a regular keyboard.

My daughter always playing with our piano. She enrolled to a piano class in nevada. The sounds of our piano is really remarkable. My brother own a Yamaha but our Donner 88 keys sounds like a professional digital piano. Even my technician who played our piano was amazed to the performance of our digital electric piano. I bought a 4 years extended warranty to ease our worry in the future that our piano will break. So far my daughter always using it every day and never have any complaint. I highly recommend to everyone to get a Donner-100 88 keys.

We were looking for a digital piano with a small foot print that also sounded great. This was just what we were looking for. And we love the white colour. We aren't professionals, but would say our skill level is intermediate to advanced, and for an every day kind of use piano, we are quite satisfied with the quality and sound. Hoping our son will learn to love piano as much as we both do.

Arrived on time as promised. Plays great for this beginner/intermediate. Minor damage at both ends of keyboard which can be hidden with touch up pen.

I love this piano. The sound is so much better than the ancient acoustic piano I had. The keys have just the right feel to them, in terms of weight. The price was good and I'm glad it is just a piano without a lot of fancy features I don't need or want. My only regret was that I couldn't buy it locally and have it delivered assembled. I could do the assembling but it was too heavy to bring it upright (or to put the keyboard on, if assembling it upright). I had to find someone to pay to do that part for me. Not many people want to come to your house to do a 5 minute job. But I'm happy now that it is done.

Love my new Donner piano and my fist lesson book. I don��t have much time to practice but I enjoy the picture music and find it very helpful. My coordination is improving.

I want to thank the Donner Music Customer Service team. I ordered a piano from them a week ago. It arrived very quickly, just in two days later. But, unfortunately, it was broken. Probably during packing or transportation there was a strong blow to the front left corner of the keyboard, so this corner was badly broken in several places and the wooden part near the keys, inside the instrument, under the cover was also damaged. To say I was just upset is an understatement. In addition, I could not get through by phone to the support service. But I wrote them a letter, attached a photo and video of the damaged parts of the instrument, and in the morning I received a response. Miss Sara from their support team was very professional and friendly. I am very grateful to her for taking my situation under control and solving the problem. She asked about my wishes and I asked someone from their company responsible for shipping to make sure that the product was packed securely and that it was not damaged. I was very worried about this. On the same day, after talking with her, they sent me a replacement and now I have my beautiful piano. It came a few hours ago and I just assembled it according to the instructions. It's great! Do not judge strictly my playing. I'm not a professional and I haven't played the piano for about 25 years, but Im happy

Perfect piano for beginners!

Sounds great! Product delivered quickly and set up was a breeze. Keyboard action was like a real piano. Last year my wife and I downsized our house and I had to give up my baby grand piano and this is the perfect size for our smaller house. I find it very relaxing to play and the action and sound are tremendous. Would totally recommend this product.

It came reel fast but two of the high keys are not up to par. But the weighed key are good. All the other key are fine. But the book holder is not tall enough for single sheets of paper cord sheet so I made a taller one it works great.

Wonderful price for a great piano. Keys are weighted, but obviously doesn't feel exactly like a "real" piano. Plays great, no problems for the little bit that I do play. Super happy with my purchase, shipped directly to my house less than a week after I ordered it.

Amazing piano with affordable price

It arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble. I was able to do it by myself without assistance although lifting the keyboard onto the structure was a bit tricky as it is quite heavy. I’m a beginner so can’t comment on the sound quality compared with other digital pianos but it sounds good to me and the keys feel like a classic piano. It looks very smart so works well in a lounge. Really pleased it with.

Customer service saved the day.... Ordered this piano for my daughter's birthday. It arrived on schedule and looked sharp. I'd specifically chose this model due to the weighted keys. You can get soft, normal, or loud depending on how hard you press the key. Set up was easy and then I turned it on did a few scales to see how it sounded. It sounded great but something sounded off. Middle G didn't make a sound when pressed softly. It worked fine for normal and loud and all the other keys worked as they should. I contacted customer service and asked if this is something I could fix? They suggested a fix and sent me some pics and a word document with instructions. However, when I removed the screws holding the cover on the piano the interior looked nothing like their pics. I emailed customer service again. Help! They got back to me in a few days and said.. 'Sorry to keep you waiting. In this case we'd like to resend a new one to you'. The new piano arrived the other day and everything works perfectly.

Returned piano via UPS delivery driver and have not received my Money back. Disputing card charge.

It sounds like a real piano an feels like it I love it.

I purchased this after reading many reviews. I was needing to upgrade my old keyboard to something that felt more like real acoustic pianos like I had years ago. The weighted action is very nice on this and feels very smooth. I needed something to practice on with headphones so this one is terrific. Although the sound is great with headphones, I felt the speakers below (without headphones) for my taste did sound a tad muffled and flat. Overall this piano had very good sound (some say a bit tiny in the mid range, which may be slightly true for me but not a deal breaker) and all in all I am very happy with it and spend several hours a day playing.

The product is ideal for me as a beginner as it has MIDI and could be connected to the computer. I strongly recommend the beginners to look for Digital Pianos with this feature. The existing software and online courses are so convenient and cheap these days but without MIDI in Digital Piano, many of their features are useless. Fortunately this Digital piano has it and its quality and design is really good. Customer service of the company was very good, as well. As I did not find anything about MIDI in the manual of the product, I asked the manufacturer and they properly explained it to me. In contrast, I am really dissatisfied with Amazon as they made me to move the heavy and big box of this valuable product with my sedan car! I specifically mentioned in the delivery instruction that they should call me before delivery, but nobody cared that and they sent it even one day before the day was mentioned on the website! So I had to refer to the moving company and take it! Never try to do that. It was a nightmare!

The product wasn’t sent out after a month and it had taken me emailing twice (which they ignored) and a review which they finally responded to. Even afterwards when I tried cancelling they still sent the product and are refusing a full refund until I pay the shipping cost. Now they are ignoring my emails.

I have played various electric pianos and this one has the most realistic piano touch. I did not want to purchase a full size piano so I opted for this electric one and could not be more pleased with the purchase. Sound and touch are very realistic and it was pretty easy to assemble. I did need some help to lift the keyboard onto the base, but assembly took about 45 minutes. I love it. This piano was exactly what I was looking for.

I love, love, love this piano!! I waited 9 years to purchase a digital piano and read a ton of reviews. This is A1! If you are looking for a plain traditional style piano without all the fancy beats and extra musical instruments, this is the piano for you! I was going to give it 4 stars as far as putting together it is extremely heavy and please be careful lifting this thing because it's all in one box! It took me a little longer to set up because I was afraid I might hurt my back but I got it all together! I'll be putting down my laptop and playing my new piano all night...with headphones of course! Oh and my top closes perfectly and all the keys work! The key feel is in between a Yamaha and a Baldwin baby grand. Buy this! You won't be disappointed!

I bought this item for my 13 year old daughter since she started playing piano the churches piano. We discovered that she had a hidden talent for playing music. After months of reading reviews I decided to purchase a Donner digital piano. My daughter already had a Yamaha keyboard but she just wanted a piano without all the extra sound effects. This was a perfect choice and really affordable. I plan to purchase a five string guitar for my son from Donner. This company is by far the best. Also it was super easy to put together. Please excuse the dining chair in the picture- we are deliberating on the proper stool/bench for our aspiring musician. The piano is perfect for us, the sale price and free shipping was fantastic, and the quality is good. I can't attest to longevity, since we just got it, but it was simple to put together. We move around the country, so it's good for us to have something lightweight that doesn't need to be tuned. My mom has played piano all her life, has a degree in music, and has taught music and piano for 40 years, and she approves of this piano- mainly the full key board, weighted keys, integrated pedals, and stability. My daughter's piano teacher approved it enough to ask for the link to send to her other students. So, in all, I would say it was a win!

This is my mother in law. They lost their home along with her most prized possessions (two pianos and church organ )in hurricane Laura . She has been the pianist at her church for 30 years . 5 months later , she lost the love of her life , her husband ( my father in law ) . One day before their 62nd Anniversary. I recently moved and knew I wanted to purchase a digital piano for my home music studio. I spent a long time looking up different brands and reading reviews, and eventually decided to go with the Donner. I am very happy that I did! For what I teach (and currently I'm teaching online) it provides exactly what I need. It feels sturdy, the weighted keys are lovely, and it sounds good. I wish the music stand were a bit bigger, but I can make it work! Purchased with a store discount made it even more affordable than I anticipated when I was searching. Very happy with my purchase!

I was amazed on how fast shipping was. I believe I got it less than a week after placing my order. Sounds beautiful. Thought it came with a jack that I could plug headphones into and listen to me playing like that, but you can’t :( and wish it came with a chair, but luckily I had one from my vanity. Overall extremely happy with the purchase and company!!

I had researched this model and found many good reviews. I was looking for just a basic digital piano for hobby playing. I didn't need anything fancy but wanted the sustain pedal and wanted the sound to sound like a nice piano, not too digital. It checked all of those boxes. I was able to carry/push it into the house myself but it was a bit heavy for one person and had I had an extra set of hands it would have been much easier. Assembly was very basic and simple, just one screwdriver needed. I love that it does take a ton of room but also has a sleek and modern style that fits well in any house. If you're looking for a piano that is budget friendly but not bottom of the line and you want something that looks and sounds nice, I would recommend this piano.
